Your Right to Delete Your Data

At Habbit Pro, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Through the App

Open the Habbit Pro app
Open your Profile
Tap "Delete Account" in the Account section
Confirm your decision (you may be asked to sign in again for security)

Before deleting, you can export a copy of your data from Profile → Privacy & Data → Export My Data.

Option 2: Via Email

Send a data deletion request to info@baruzotech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

Your account profile (name and email, where provided)
Your Firebase Authentication account and credentials
All habit tracking data, including tracker configurations, completion history, and widget settings
Widget instances and collection data
Device registrations and FCM notification tokens
Sign-in and activity logs and diagnostic records associated with your account
Preferences and settings

Local Data

After account deletion, some cached data may remain on your device locally:

The app's on-device cache is cleared when the app and its widgets next refresh
To remove all local data immediately, uninstall the Habbit Pro app from your device

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.

Data Retention

After deletion, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as security and abuse prevention). Any retained data is minimized and, where possible, anonymized so it cannot be linked back to your account. Our service provider, Google Firebase, may retain residual data briefly in backups per its own retention policies before it is purged.
