1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Habbit Pro ("the Service"), operated by BaruzoTech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Habbit Pro is a habit tracking application that enables users to create and manage daily habit trackers with home screen widgets. The Service includes the mobile application (Android and iOS), home screen widgets, website, and related backend services.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google, Apple (iOS), or continue as a guest. Guest accounts have limited functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account via third-party sign-in providers.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Credits

Certain features require a paid subscription or credits. Subscriptions are available on monthly and yearly billing cycles, with additional one-time credit packs available.
Payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
Credits are consumed when using certain features. Unused credits in subscription-based plans may expire at the end of the billing cycle.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will honor their current pricing until the next renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our backend systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
Circumvent or manipulate the credit or subscription system
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BaruzoTech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any habit data and content you create within the Service.

7. Notifications and Communications

By using the Service, you agree to receive push notifications related to your habit tracking, widget updates, and account activity. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Data Deletion Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Home screen widgets depend on operating system capabilities and may have limitations outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaruzoTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed habit streaks, or widget display issues.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice within the app or on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
